For better movement

I’m a fan-girl type - whenever I find a new idea which excites me, I read every book, paper, blogpost, and listen to all the podcasts available.

Allow me to introduce you to my new favourite author: Todd Hargrove. His book, A guide to better movement is an enjoyable and reader-friendly explanation of the relationship between the nervous system and motor movement. It explores exercise psychology and pain perception in a progressive an innovative way, and even includes exercises at the end to start training or mind and body.

This book is not about movement disorders, but I still feel that we can learn a lot from them to support our rehabilitation with some fresh ideas.

His website is full of resources, including blog posts and free articles, I highly recommend a visit!
